About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and responsible Assistant Team Lead to support daily team operations and help ensure performance targets are met. In this role, you will assist the Team Lead in supervising team members, managing workloads, and fostering a productive and positive work environment. You’ll also play a key role in maintaining quality, consistency, and timely delivery of tasks.
Key Responsibilities

Assist the Team Lead in coordinating daily team activities and task assignments

Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to quality standards and timelines

Provide guidance, support, and feedback to team members
-
Act as the point of contact in the absence of the Team Lead
-
Help identify process improvements and contribute to operational efficiency

Assist in the training and onboarding of new team members

Resolve minor issues and escalate complex problems when necessary
-
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow
-
Prepare and share regular performance updates with leadership
-
Any other responsibilities as deemed fit by management.
Qualifications and Skills
-
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred in Business, Management, or related fields)

2–4 years of relevant experience in a team environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to lead by example and handle responsibilities with minimal supervision

Good problem-solving and decision-making skills

Familiarity with productivity tools and team management software

Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented

Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs
