About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR and Operations Portfolio Manager to lead and oversee key human resource initiatives while managing the efficiency of operational functions across multiple teams or departments. This hybrid role requires strategic thinking, people management, and a results-driven approach to ensure both HR and operations align with business goals.
 

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, a solid understanding of operational workflows, and the ability to manage multiple portfolios simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage a portfolio of HR and operational functions and initiatives.

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational growth and employee engagement.

  • Monitor operations across departments and ensure efficiency in processes and resource utilization.

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR and operational objectives with company goals.

  • Drive performance management, employee relations, and talent development programs.

  • Analyze data and generate reports on HR metrics, process efficiency, and team performance.

  • Identify areas for improvement in HR and operational processes and implement best practices.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and standard operating procedures.

  • Lead cross-functional teams and manage projects across various portfolios.

  • Provide guidance and mentoring to HR executives, operations staff, and other team members.

  • Any other responsibilities as deemed fit by management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 6+ years of experience in HR, operations, or portfolio/project management roles.

  • Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.

  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, compliance, and labor laws.

  • Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and organizational skills.

  • Exceptional communication and leadership capabilities.

  • Proficient in HRMS, project management tools, and MS Office suite.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results under tight deadlines.
