About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior process Analyst. The idle candidate will have knowledge about Mortgage industry and have experience in Title Search process and responsible for maintaining data accuracy and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Performing research and typing for all the states. 

  • Performing search on paid sites and free sites (Tapestry, Title point, Data Trace, Landex, Infocon, DT Docs, Netronline, etc) 

  • Analysing the client error feedback and providing solutions. 

  • Mentoring freshers on process workflow and tools. 

  • Managing end to end orders assignment. 

  • Auditing and providing feedback to QC files.

Requirements

  • Need to have knowledge in all the states. 

  • 4+ years of experience in title search process. 

  • Bachelor's or master's degree  

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel 

  • Good Documentation skills 

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. 

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
