About the Role:
We are looking for an analytical and detail-driven Senior Process Analyst to lead process improvement initiatives and optimize operational workflows across departments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process mapping, data analysis, and project management, along with a passion for driving efficiency and quality in business operations.
Key Responsibilities

Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.

Design, implement, and monitor process improvement initiatives to enhance performance and reduce inefficiencies.

Develop process documentation including SOPs, flowcharts, and best practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand operational challenges and propose effective solutions.

Use data-driven insights to evaluate the impact of process changes and support decision-making.

Lead and support process audits and ensure compliance with internal standards.

Train teams on new or revised processes to ensure smooth implementation.

Work closely with senior leadership to align process improvements with business goals.

Manage small to mid-scale process improvement projects independently.

Any other responsibilities as deemed fit by management.
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations, or related field (MBA preferred).

4–6 years of experience in process analysis, operations, or business improvement roles.

Strong understanding of process mapping tools and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, BPMN).

Proficient in data analysis and reporting using tools like Excel, Power BI, or similar.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with minimal supervision.

Experience working with cross-functional teams and influencing change.
